You might not believe it, but Mr. Driller actually had a fair bit going for it back in 2000-2002! Among the official goods it had in its prime were various sets of desktop wallpapers released around that time.
...Various? That's right! This page details a few of those sets, and links to them so you can download and enjoy them for yourself!
Mr. Driller (PC, 2000) Exclusive Wallpapers
Released in 2000, the PC port of the first Mr. Driller came with ten wallpapers as a bonus, in three different sizes each depending on what resolution you were running. Below are a few examples, and a link to the Archive.org upload.

Mr. Driller 2 (PC, 2002) Exclusive Wallpapers
Released in 2002, the PC port of Mr. Driller 2 came with even more wallpapers! In total, there are roughly twenty-two, but additional files prefixed with "M" are included as well. Regardless, this release packages the artwork used in the credits roll of both 2 and G AC in addition.

The site admin doesn't know much about these, but someone they know to be active in Driller archival uploaded wallpapers offered on horisusumu from roughly 2005 (the Japanese/European release of Drill Spirits).

Mr. Driller G Credits Inserts
These... weren't released as wallpapers, but the console version of G includes these in its credits sequences for Mission Mode. The site admin previously had screenshots of these, but only recently, they learned how to dump sprites from PS1 games, and was able to obtain the images used by the game! Due to being PS1 graphics, they're rather small, but the site admin has included upscaled versions with the download link below.
Lost Media?
Unfortunately, while other sets of wallpapers are known to have existed as part of Mr. Driller G and A's Net Driller modes, they have long been defunct, and the site admin presumes their rewards went down with them. If you have any leads to archiving these, please contact the site admin!
